Avalanche Awareness Courses, Level 1 and Avalanche Safety and Rescue Courses

Avalanche courses based on American Avalanche Association education guidelines

1 Day  Cost: $99 includes two hour class and on-snow rescue training.

2 Days Cost: $210 includes six hours of classroom instruction and one (skills) field trip day.

3 Days Cost: $340 includes six hours of classroom instruction and two field trip days for full Level 1.

5 Days Cost: $550 includes Ski touring intro (2 days) and Level1 (3 days).

Interested in a private Level 1 Avalanche Course - 3 Day program (six hours of classroom instruction and two field trip days)Just Ask! Discounts for groups of 6 or more.

You must choose the Field Trip date(s) when you register for the Level 1 Avalanche Course, Avalanche Awareness or Avalanche Safety and Rescue.

 

Level 1 Refresher Field Trips are optional and cost extra. Choose this option as a follow-on to Avalanche Awareness. Details
