Classes and field trips are non-refundable after two weeks or less before the class or field trip date.  Any cancellations or no-shows after that point are considered non-refundable.  There is a $50 office fee deducted for refunds unless the cancellation is the fault of Ridge Explorations. Any courtesy rescheduling after that point is at the sole discretion of Ridge Explorations.
