Avalanche Awareness Classes, Level 1 and Sidecountry Classes

Avalanche classes based on American Avalanche Association education guidelines

Cost: $330 includes six hours of classroom instruction and two field trip days for full Level 1.
Cost: $205 includes six hours of classroom instruction and one (skills) field trip day.
Cost: $125 includes two hour class and on-snow rescue training.

You must choose the Field Trip date(s) when you register for the Level 1 Avalanche Course or the Avalanche Awareness. We do have flexible scheduling options, and can be altered later if needed.

Level 1 Refresher Field Trips are optional and cost extra. Choose this option as a follow-on to Avalanche Awareness. Details
